Write down three values that are most dear to you, without them, you would feel lost. Mine are authenticity and wholehearted (connection, courage, compassion). Each day I work to bring authenticity into each conversation.

When I am having a bad day, I challenge myself to see how quickly I can recommit to living my core values. How would you like to challenge yourself when you are having a bad day?
