Self-Mastery. In the Merriam-Webster Dictionary (2017) self-mastery is a noun, and described as the power to control one’s actions, impulses, or emotions. We facilitate self-mastery through self-actualization exercises such as the Self-Awareness Mentoring Journal, doing mindfulness yoga which honors everybody and every mind, teaching you the rising strong process, authentic dialogue with each other, and other activation exercises. I believe the energy put toward self-mastery helps you master your life and deepens your ability to contribute to the world through your lifework.
