Identify your top ten core values from the list discussed in this podcast session. Narrow your list and pick two core values. Do your personal core values align with the core values in your business, or workplace? If not, update your core values to reflect the values most precious to you. Or, talk with your employer/boss and see if you can implement this exercise. Then contact Nancy. This is a great exercise to do with employees, executive staff, and board members.
