Frequency and Duration: Bi-weekly sessions are co-created and tailored with you. A collaborative mentoring approach. We clarify your leadership goals and aspirations, even if they are unclear.
Purpose: WeMentor to facilitate your growth in evolving how you lead while redesigning your business. We co-create a strategic mentoring process that will work for you! We encourage and reinforce practicing new skills as you learn them and play and experiment with new ways of leading.

Frequency and Duration: Bi-weekly, 1.5 hours each session

Purpose: Learn, practice, and assert self-leadership mastery on the ascent to a higher plane of consciousness; a WeMentor Conscious Intuitive Leader and Mentor evolve how they lead while redesigning their businesses.
Each LAB starts with where you are as a solopreneur, president, CEO, or another type of small business owner in an executive role.

Length: 60-Minute Virtual Sessions
Frequency: Weekly (Tuesdays 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. CT)
Purpose: To broaden your human capacity for awareness, resiliency, innovation, and focus. Actively integrate your mind, body, and breath with a regular practice you can sustain over time. Mindfulness yoga and meditation are for e-v-e-r-y-b-o-d-y, including you! Join us.
