I tallied your favorite 2018 podcast guest conversations. They are listed below. I included a great exercise to do this week, too.

Before you listen, I have a double ask of you.

  1. Can you help me hit 100,000 visitors for this year? I am close. Just share this post on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, and listen to two or more of your favorite episodes below. I want to keep bringing you meaningful conversations, resources, and content that boosts your ability to feel more deeply to think, act, lead, and mentor others more clearly and more effectively!
  2. Today is Donation Monday. Yes, I made that up. The last day of 2018, give a donation to boost my ability to bring you even better 2019 program offerings! Thank you in advance for your generosity. You rock!

Mentoring Tips

Complete this 2018 Reflection Exercise:

  1. Tally a list of your main accomplishments in 2018; add a list of the most challenging lessons learned this year; highlight the gifts embedded in the lessons. Keep this exercise in a journal you can reflect on next year, or have a burning ceremony and release the accomplishments, challenging lessons, and learnings into the universe letting go of another year. Focus your mind through meditation and create a plan to expand your lifework. Notice how you feel. Make sure it is a worthwhile plan that you are jazzed about implementing!
  2. Which of the following six ways of getting derailed from completing a revolutionary journey, apply to you: perfection, grief, sadness, fear, self-judgment (including, making decisions based on what will others think), or unwillingness to forgive?
  3. Write down how you plan to stay focused on your revolutionary journey right now, or when you embark upon a revolutionary journey in the future.
    • Ideas: practice critical awareness by staying awake and alert. When you notice something doesn’t feel right, don’t second guess yourself. Take time to identify what you are experiencing. Then, muster up the courage to course correct. Accept the call to action!
