My Thanksgiving Gratitude List

  1. I am grateful for my loving, kind, conscientious provider, insightful editor, and compassionate husband, Matthew; who accepts me warts-n-all.
  2. I am grateful for our cherished, lovely daughter, Olivia. She surprises us in delightful ways with her sense of humor and wit, her dedication to her goals and gifts, friendships with others, and her generous spirit.
  3. I am grateful for Mike Kabeya. His commitment toward excellence, curiosity, encouragement, and wisdom makes each podcast conversation more engaging.
  4. I am grateful for each courageous client (both women and men) who have invested in their own growth by hiring me to help them feel more deeply to think, act, lead, and mentor more clearly and effectively. Because, like aging, becoming your best self is not for the weak of heart.
  5. I am grateful for each podcast guest, especially Debbie Unterman who models and encourages healthy striving, shows empathy, and offers compassionate conversations every time we talk.
  6. I am grateful to you, the thousands and thousands and thousands of you tuning in each week. You have facilitated my own growth as a leader, as a mentor, as a human being. You are my inspiration. I hope you continue to grow in knowing your own value.
  7. I am grateful for my friends and family on the journey to grow in our lives together.
  8. I am grateful for other leaders in organizations I am a member of. You inspire me to make a greater difference in the world.
  9. I am grateful we are together as an avalanche of facts highlighting how messed up our institutions are and being shown the degree of dysfunctional leadership going on. We can talk about it, sort out its implications, and decide what will strengthen ourselves and others.
  10. I am grateful there are so many of us learning skills to create cultures with heart. To do this, we are replacing power over leadership strategies of control and domination with expansive power that extends to others that arise from resurrecting power within (practicing skill sets that build inner strength like shame resiliency).

I hope you are inspired to create your own gratitude list. Share it on social media and expand gratitude. Light expands. Also, get the mentoring help you need during this time of awakening.

As a Master Alchemist and Trainer, she’s been delving inside people’s heads for the last thirty-four years. She’s achieved proven results with clients suffering from PTSD, sexual abuse, depression, co-dependency, phobias, anxiety, lack of direction, sex and relationship issues, and much more.

But even though she can help you work through your issues, she is very interested in creating a new paradigm of “Playing through your issues”, which is what she is doing with hundreds of people who are playing her Transformational Board Games of “Clarity” and “Satori: The Game of Radical Forgiveness.”

Alchemical Hypnotherapy is an interactive trance process that helps people heal root causes of emotional, physical, spiritual, and psychological issues.
