- Take this risk: Join Peter’s May 21st SEGC meeting. Learn more about how others work through fear and talk about your fears in an open and emotionally safe environment.
- Apply Self-Compassion: Breathe in, to a count of six and breathe out to a count of six. Repeat this six times. Notice how often your heart beats. Squeeze your toes and walk around the room or outside. Relax your eyes. Welcome appreciation.
- Welcome Appreciation: Thank you for taking the time to do these activation exercises. Write down one new skill you are learning. Next to it, write the following affirmations. I AM DOING IT. I AM LEARNING NEW SKILLS. LEARNING NEW SKILLS MAKES ME FEEL EMPOWERED AND MORE ABLE TO CONTRIBUTE. THANK YOU, DIVINE PRESENCE AND HIGHER BEING. I ACCEPT THE GIFTS I AM DEVELOPING. I CAN WORK THROUGH DISCOMFORT.
