EXPANDER is a new term Ursula Mentjes, bestselling author and founder of Sales Coach Now, brought up in today’s podcast conversation. The term was coined by podcaster Lacy Phillips. Everyone was affected by the 2008 financial crisis, find out how her and her husband, Tim, recovered from the crisis and what they learned through the experience.Here is my latest EXPANDER experience. The truth is we can’t reach our one great goal alone. And why would we want to? You need people in your life who support your goals and help hold you accountable until you reach them. However, it is important to choose these people carefully. Don’t share your sole purpose and one great goal with just anyone. Pay attention to their power of belief in you and your goal, and their level of concern for your success. You don’t need one’s negative energy dragging you down.”
